The Senior Director of Community Programs leads and supports impactful community programs and initiatives across the region, including signature projects like Share our Table, Loaves and Fishes, and Diaper Depot, while fostering collaboration and accountability among Community Program leaders.

Job Responsibilities include:

CODIFY AND SUPPORT SIGNATURE COMMUNITY PROGRAMS ACROSS THE REGION. Provide functional leadership for signature initiatives: Share our Table community meals and Loaves and Fishes sandwich ministry, Woven Together clothing ministry, Diaper Depot, Welcome Home Project, and After Supper Visions. Support annual Celebration of Giving holiday drive. Support site-based Community Programs leaders, facilitate sharing of effective practices, develop accountability systems, and represent CCAC in these areas.

DEVELOP AND SHEPHERD COMMUNITY FELLOWS COHORTS. Bring a passion for community engagement, program development and operations, and mentorship. Develop, implement, and evaluate activities and resources for Community Fellows, setting them up for success as they lead volunteer-driven services including our Woven Together clothing ministry and our Share our Table community suppers. Facilitate connections between fellows and employees, the people we serve, and volunteers. Foster a supportive and collaborative cohort environment among fellows.

DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT BEST-IN-CLASS VOLUNTEER OPERATION. Ensure volunteers across Community Programs have meaningful opportunities to work with our frontline employees to serve CCAC's clients. Implement new systems so that CCAC can scale and strengthen our Community Programs. Liaise with Volunteer Relations team on behalf of Community Programs to ensure they are prepared to recruit and orient new volunteers. Key leader on a new cross-functional group with shared ownership of CCAC volunteers experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Relevant Education

Preferred: Master's Degree

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree

Relevant Experience

Preferred: 7+ years experience in leadership and program operations

Minimum: 4+ years experience in leadership and program operations
