About The Role

Parry Labs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Quality to join our team. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee and guide a team of quality engineers and inspectors across both hardware and software domains. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies, ensuring that both hardware and software products meet rigorous design specifications and regulatory standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, and inspectors across hardware and software domains.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for hardware and software products.
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of hardware components and systems to ensure they meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Implement quality control measures in manufacturing processes to prevent defects and ensure product reliability.
  • Work with suppliers and partners to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
  • Lead the development and execution of software testing strategies, including automated and manual testing.
  • Oversee the implementation of software quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing, and defect tracking.
  • Ensure that hardware and software products comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead efforts to maintain ISO9001 certification and compliance.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in processes, products, and systems.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, including trend analysis, defect rates, and compliance status.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality engineering/mission assurance.
  • Strong background in quality control, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO9001, FDA regulations, or industry-specific standards).
  • Expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies for hardware and software products.
  • In-depth knowledge of inspection processes, testing methods (both manual and automated), and defect tracking.
  • Experience working with suppliers and partners to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing software testing strategies, including automated and manual testing approaches.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for hardware and software products (e.g., ISO9001, FDA, CE Marking).
  • Familiarity with testing tools and software (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
