We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our finance team in driving strategic growth and optimizing profitability. As we gear up for an exciting future, we are looking for a strategic leader who can elevate our financial planning and analysis to new heights, fostering data-driven decision making and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Spearhead the development of executive-level financial presentations, providing strategic insights to Leadership.
    • Lead the formulation and implementation of innovative financial strategies that support the company's long-term growth and profitability objectives.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop forward-looking financial strategies and operational goals.
  • Insight Generation and Analytics:
    • Drive the generation of key insights and analytics across the enterprise, ensuring data-driven decision making at all organizational levels.
    • Leverage advanced analytics to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations that influence business outcomes.
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to produce and deliver critical reporting outputs.
  • Business Optimization and Process Improvement:
    • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team and organizational processes.
    • Oversee the Fraud Risk Program, ensuring robust processes for fraud prevention, detection, and investigation are in place.
    • Ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools to enhance fiscal accuracy and agility.
  • Performance Monitoring and Team Development:
    • Develop and monitor key performance metrics for the team, driving accountability and performance excellence.
    • Mentor, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10+ years in a corporate accounting or finance leadership role.
  • Proven success in financial modeling and delivering strategic financial insights.
  • Exceptional business partnering and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Superior analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the capability to present to senior executives and key decision makers.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving cost efficiencies.
  • Strong supervisory experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • High energy, ownership of work product, dedication, and commitment to achieving excellent results.
  • Ability to lead and inspire in a team-oriented environment.
