We're currently sourcing for a Project Controls Coordinator IV in Houston, TX (hybrid schedule) for a 1-year contract opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

As a Project Controls Coordinator IV, you'll work independently to monitor, control, and report on cost-related aspects of multiple complex and multi-disciplined projects. Your main goal? Ensure all project costs are tracked, forecasted, and reported accurately and in line with established best practices.

You'll be:

• Supporting project management teams with capital cost control, variance analysis, and stakeholder reporting.
• Developing and monitoring control budgets, tracking incurred costs, and preparing detailed cost forecasts.
• Ensuring alignment with established lifecycle and gating processes.
• Partnering closely with PMO, Financial Services, and various stakeholders to maintain transparency on project performance.
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and cost status presentations to keep teams informed and aligned.
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements for better cost management efficiency.

Hybrid Model: In-office Mon, Tues & Thurs / Remote Wed & Fri
