Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Architect to spearhead our omni-channel and CRM architecture, drive innovation across customer engagement platforms, and lead a cross-functional team. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot, hands-on technical architecture capabilities, and the ability to align tech solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and lead the design of end-to-end CRM and omni-channel engagement platforms, with HubSpot as the central CRM tool.
  • Serve as the technical authority and team lead for CRM and customer experience initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Own the HubSpot architecture including system design, custom objects, workflows, integrations, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, map customer journeys, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Drive the integration of HubSpot with core financial platforms, third-party tools (e.g., call centers, email marketing, analytics), and internal systems.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and data integrity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Guide, mentor, and lead a team of developers and admins, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay on top of HubSpot's evolving features and functionality and proactively recommend improvements and best practices.
  • Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and deployment protocols to ensure consistency and sustainability.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, CRM platforms, or enterprise systems.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including design, implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Deep knowledge of omni-channel strategy, marketing automation, sales enablement, and CRM lifecycle management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or acting as a technical team lead.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, workflow automation, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Workato, or Mulesoft).
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with financial platforms or other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, ERP platforms).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to business leaders.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Architect, Marketing Hub, CMS Hub).
  • Experience in the financial services or lending industry.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), call center technology, or customer analytics tools.
  • Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.

Compensation: up to $180,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
