What You'll Do
As a relationship manager, facilitator, and mediator, the Product Adoption Analyst will identify the best ways to enhance processes and boost effectiveness by partnering with technology and other corporate departments. You will define strategies and build solutions, guiding documentation and evaluating potential solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop training programs for effective product use and facilitate the integration of new technologies. By analyzing adoption metrics and leveraging data-driven insights, you will develop strategies to improve product adoption rates and ensure projects are completed within resource limits and standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful adoption of new products.
- Business Process Expertise: Act as an expert in business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing workflows. Evaluate current processes used by financial advisors to ensure alignment with client goals and identify inefficiencies, such as bottlenecks or areas with excess staffing.
- Documentation, Training, and Technical Support: Create and update documentation for new products and features. Develop and deliver training programs, provide technical support, and facilitate sessions to enhance efficiency and maintain data integrity.
- Technology Integration and Adoption Metrics: Support the integration of new technologies, create / monitor adoption metrics, and develop strategies to improve product adoption rates. Utilize data-driven insights to ensure projects are completed within resource limits and standards.
- Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management: Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met. Gather stakeholder requirements and wish list items and make calls and meetings actionable within the internal Hightower team to deliver successful outcomes.
- Project Management: Work with the CRM Delivery manager to ensure all project goals and objectives are met. Work with stakeholders to assess their data and ensure they are able to use and understand their new CRM system from day one.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years' product analysis experience or a related field within financial services, wealth management, or technology consulting.
- Experience in Agile project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience communicating with advisor firms, executive leadership team, and peer groups
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all stakeholders
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs

- Base salary of $100,000-$115,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
