ABOUT THE POSITION
The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Sustainability Program Administrator (Financial Analyst) position. This position will be primarily responsible for:
  • Compiling District benchmarking and metrics from Service Centers
  • Analyzing benchmarks, metrics, and other data points from Service Centers to identify trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of work groups.
  • Providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in a variety of work groups and service centers.
  • Coordinating with work groups to ensure recommendations are implemented and continual monitoring.
  • Understanding of efficiency practices, to include sustainability and environmental concepts.
This position is a confidential, non-union position and excluded from membership in the union.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with major course work in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Planning, or closely related field, AND four (4) years of full-time progressively responsible professional experience in sustainability programs or closely related field, including two (2) years of administrative and/or supervisory experience. Equivalent combination of formal education and appropriate related experience may be considered. An advanced degree is desirable.

Working Conditions: Attend meetings outside of normal working hours.
