As the Chief Marketing Officer, you are a vital member of HRG's executive team, driving the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth, enhance their brand awareness and market position, and engage clients and candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop a cohesive corporate strategy and ensure that marketing efforts align with broader business goals
- Strategic Growth: Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trends; to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, coach, and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Budget Management: Develop the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the AEC industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of the AEC services industry, including market dynamics, key players, and trends.
- Familiarity with AEC principles, project life cycles, and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
- Proven ability to think strategically, develop innovative marketing plans, and align marketing objectives with overall business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering inclusivity, collaboration, and driving results, both in-person and remotely.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content development, and data analytics.
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization, business partners, and external stakeholders virtually, by telephone, or in-person.
- Effective organization, planning, time management, attention to detail, analytical, critical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, etc.
- This position requires daily/overnight travel (on average 20-50% of the time) by car, train, and/or air as appropriate.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
