The ideal candidate will have strong HR process knowledge, data management skills and attention to detail. You'll optimize HR system functionality through process improvement and automation, delivering an excellent user experience.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $65-72 per hour.

You'll optimize HR system functionality through process improvement and automation, delivering an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurateemployee data in Workday and other HR systems.
- Leadrequirements gathering, design, build, testingand deployment of new functionality.
- Facilitate change management for new technology and processes adoption.
- Document requirements, configure systems and lead user acceptance testing.
- Leverage Workday capabilities across the company's global enterprise
- Deploy new features and collaborate on continuous implementation andoptimization.
- Participate in technology audits.
- Support annual HR programs (e.g., compensation, performance reviews, talent reviews).
- Stay current with HR technology trends and identify optimization opportunities.
- Research and solveproblems, using a consultative approach.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to support system enhancements.
- Manage bi-annual Workday releases, including testing and end-user education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administrationor related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology experience, primarily with Workday, in high-growth environments
- Experience managing global HR technology systems, especially Workday HCM and related modules
- Strong understanding of Workday design, structure and processes
- Proven project management skills and growth mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
