Description:
- Prepare the books and records of pooled private investment funds
- Assist with reconciliations of cash, investments and real property
- Manage purchase and sale transactions
- Help post monthly closing accruals
- Manage income and expense allocations
- Prepare distributions and draw-downs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to clients
- Help coordinate funds' independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers and fund administrators
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
- A team player
- Strong work ethic
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
