Description:

  • Prepare the books and records of pooled private investment funds
  • Assist with reconciliations of cash, investments and real property
  • Manage purchase and sale transactions
  • Help post monthly closing accruals
  • Manage income and expense allocations
  • Prepare distributions and draw-downs
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to clients
  • Help coordinate funds' independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers and fund administrators

Requirements:
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
