Commercial Estimator- $145k OTE

We are a commercial GC based in Lanham looking for qualified estimators to add to our team! Founded in 1990, we specialize in customer driven markets and projects like hospitality/restaurant buildings, retail spaces and fitness clubs. Responsibilities

- New Construction estimating GC projects
- Estimating projects between $1M - $7M
- Bidding, Close-outs, Cost Analysis
- Generating detailed estimates from pre-construction schematics
- Working with Preconstruction teams to secure future projects

Requirements

- 5+ years as Estimator
- 7+ years in Construction Industry
- Experience bidding restaurants, retails, or gym builds
