The Senior Product Analyst plays a critical role in managing website requests driven by marketing, content strategy, UX, and business stakeholders. This position is responsible for translating marketing needs into actionable website updates, working closely with AEM authors, designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless execution.

This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management, and product ownership, ensuring that website changes align with user experience (UX) best practices, SEO principles, accessibility standards, and business goals. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, CMS workflows, and website management and understands how to work across creative and development teams to execute web projects efficiently.

This highly visible role reports to the Product Management team and will be responsible for supporting website updates and optimization efforts across Retail Bank and Small Business products, including Credit Cards, Mortgages, Deposits, and Loans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor digital trends and identify, prioritize, and assess experience-related trends, business/service models, and underlying enablers that meet core business needs.
2. Lead fact-driven analysis of the market, developing points of view and actionable recommendations that influence teams about top-of-mind client experiences.
3. Benchmark Truist products and services (with direct and indirect competitive set) to identify pockets of opportunity and areas of best practice for concept testing, prototyping, and/or development.
4. Act as the primary owner of marketing-driven website updates, ensuring requests are properly scoped, prioritized, and executed.
5. Partner with marketing, UX, content strategy, and development teams to deliver digital experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
6. Translate marketing requests into actionable tasks, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
7. Ensure seamless collaboration between AEM authors, designers, and developers, troubleshooting any blockers that arise.
8. Identify and mitigate risks, roadblocks, and scope creep throughout the project lifecycle.

9. Manage multiple concurrent projects in a digital environment with shifting priorities.

10. Establish workflows and best practices for handling website updates efficiently.

11. Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all disciplines.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors' degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
2. Three or more years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience
3. Two or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
4. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
5. Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
6. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
7. Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
8. Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry
9. Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business friendly terminology
10. Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
11. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, to analyze and communicate complex information to business leadership
