Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
  • Leading application development from ideation to deployment.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL for backend development and data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (e.g., Tesseract, ABBYY, OpenText).
  • Developing and integrating document scanning solutions.
  • Knowledge of IBML scanners and experience in hardware/software integration.
  • Familiarity with NARA and FADGI compliance requirements for document digitization.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and software integration best practices.
  • Image processing techniques and document classification.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug software and hardware-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
  • Cloud-based document storage solutions.
  • Machine learning techniques for document classification and data extraction.
  • Familiarity with enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
  • Working with government or archival institutions.
