AVP, Workplace Strategy and Facility Management, Americas

Role Overview

We're looking for a leader who can build a world-class workplace environment where people do their best work across the region, including United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. You'll be responsible to build strategies that will reshape the future of our office experience through strategic workplace initiatives, building top-tier facility operations, and ensuring our workplaces are safe, sustainable, and focused on employee well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a workplace experience strategy that enhances productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to provide a hospitality inspired experience
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of our facilities including facility management, engineering, mailroom, conference services, management of third-party outsourced service providers
  • Develop workplace technologies and digital strategies to optimize space utilization, energy efficiency, and overall employee experience
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies through process improvements, technological innovation, and/or strategic sourcing strategies
  • Partner with head of function at headquarters to design flexible, inclusive, and innovative workspaces
  • Lead initiatives to modernize office layouts, integrate hybrid work models, and enhance collaborative spaces
  • Collaborate with maison heads to align with their global strategies to ensure the maisons ways of working are integrated
  • Partner with the security and health & safety counterparts to build and implement robust emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant finance, ESG-aligned initiatives, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and manage the annual operating expense and capital plans and forecasts to include major capital projects, preventative maintenance programs, recurring expenses, and reactive work orders
  • Lead and manage a high-performing regional team that delivers operational excellence


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • You must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in facilities management, or a related field within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant workplace management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional and collaborative team.
  • Strong focus on employee wellbeing.

Expected Salary Range: $215,000 - 235,000

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
