We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the critical path, timeline, schedules, and job progress of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient resource allocation, cost-effective methods, and timely completion of projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
The work schedule is generally from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but may vary to 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM depending on the project.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $63.00/hr.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the critical path, timeline, schedules, and job progress of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient resource allocation, cost-effective methods, and timely completion of projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Create Critical Path Diagram and Schedules: Ensure resources are efficiently allotted to serve the critical path, identify cost-effective methods to crash the critical path, and provide schedules to superintendents and subcontractors.
- Manage Project Timeline, Schedules, Job Progress: Oversee the full lifecycle of the job and act as the first-level communicator to the client, architect, and engineer.
- Manage Superintendents: Ensure superintendents fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
- Manage Subcontractors: Contract subcontractors, act as the first-level communicator with subcontractors after the job is awarded, monitor subcontractor performance, and refer communication challenges to higher management if applicable.
- Manage Labor: Inspire performance, ensure timely workflow, and distribute labor effectively.
- Manage Purchasing: Oversee all purchase orders (POs), solicit all large PO prices, review inventory reports, and ensure proper bookkeeping.
- Make Large Purchase Orders (Above $5,000): Organize PO data, track and ensure deliverability, and alert all stakeholders of PO status.
- Manage All Data in Procore: Create a logical classification of data, ensure all data is up to date, ensure all stakeholders are kept aware of progress and challenges, ensure data is backed up, and manage data access.
- Track and Record Expenses: Monitor job budget, seek avenues to reduce costs, and keep an organized record of all finances.

- OSHA 30 certification
- Railroad experience or AEC Bachelor's degree
- Construction management
- Engineering
- Bluebeam proficiency
- Procore proficiency
- AEC degree is preferred
- Railroad experience is strongly preferred
- 5+ years as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM)
