Sloan's Motorcycle & ATV is an established, well known, powersports dealership located in Murfreesboro, TN. We are always on the lookout for Major Unit Sales Professionals.
This position requires a high-energy, outgoing person who will be a consistent customer-service champion. We seek men and women who are up-beat, can work well as a team, can follow processes, and take direction. Comfort using technology tools, keyboarding skills, and writing skills are a must.
Experience in big-ticket sales (auto, RVs, marine, furniture, high-end electronics, etc.), especially in powersports is a plus!
Spanish as a second language is a plus!
A current and valid motorcycle operator's license is a plus but not required.
This position is full-time. Days off will be Sunday and one day during the week.
Don't know anything about motorcycles or ORVs? No worries! We will train you on product knowledge, our customer-experience processes, and even train you to ride if you want!
Pay is commission-based, with monthly bonus incentives, so you control what you make. The earnings range from $4,000 to $10,000 per month plus benefits.
