Role Overview
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager to join our team at St. Barts Inside Park Restaurant in New York NY. This is a high volume 150-seat restaurant/bar that serves Lunch and Dinner M-F. In addition, the restaurant does cater events from corporate events to weddings. Hours of the restaurant are from 11:30am to 10pm. The General Manager leadership will drive exceptional service and team performance, while managing restaurant operations and utilizing software systems to streamline operations. You'll stay ahead of industry trends, handle daily challenges, and maintain a positive, energetic work environment. If you're an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and excels at leading diverse teams. This position will afford a quality of life that is rare to find in New York City restaurants.

M-F must be flexible work different shifts. Restaurant is open from 11:30am to 10pm

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

- Will manage the client relationship
- Manage the budget/finances
- Lead and develop a team of 2 salaried managers and hourly employees
- Run the Beverage Program
- Oversee catering
- Restaurant Promotions/Marketing
- HR related duties
