Overview

The Product Director will lead the commercialization strategy and go-to-market execution for new and emerging products at Verilogue. This role is responsible for turning innovative ideas into scalable, revenue-generating offerings by collaborating across business development, marketing, research, and technology teams. The Product Director will act as the internal champion for product launch and adoption-ensuring new solutions are successfully positioned in the market and delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

Product Commercialization Lead
  • Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert (SME) for new products across all stakeholder groups, including clients, internal teams, and strategic partners.
  • Design and execute commercialization strategies including pricing, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Identify and prioritize revenue-generating use cases and support business development efforts to translate them into new opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent messaging, smooth launches, and performance tracking across new offerings.


Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
  • Partner with Business Development to identify high-potential leads, drive early adoption, and support strategic sales conversations.
  • Create sales collateral, training tools, and value proposition materials to empower internal teams.
  • Actively participate in client engagements, presentations, and demos to support early-stage product adoption.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and product uptake to inform ongoing commercial strategy.


Product Implementation & Optimization
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure successful implementation of new products.
  • Act as the bridge between client needs and internal development, ensuring the roadmap reflects market feedback and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with technology teams to define product enhancements and ensure solutions are aligned with user needs and market expectations.
  • Develop scalable implementation frameworks to support product adoption across clients and teams.


Strategic Insight & Organizational Leadership
  • Stay on top of market trends, customer pain points, and emerging technologies to help shape product direction.
  • Help position Verilogue's products as foundational tools for insight generation, data utilization, and client collaboration.
  • Influence internal stakeholders by communicating the strategic value and market potential of new product initiatives.
  • Serve as an internal advocate and external spokesperson for new products at client meetings, industry events, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in product strategy, product management, commercialization, or go-to-market roles, ideally within technology-driven or platform-based businesses.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies for new and evolving products.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with digital platforms and translating business requirements into technical needs.
  • Sales Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams and contribute to pipeline development, client engagement, and closing deals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Track record of aligning diverse stakeholders to deliver product success at launch and beyond.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Client Focus: Strong customer orientation with a bias for action and delivering value through product adoption.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $158,865 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
