Join our TDO Private Markets Solutions team, where we drive transformative solutions for Private Markets Investments and non-investments business units. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll be part of a group committed to excellence.
We operate key financial systems, lead technological transformations, and deliver analytics to enhance investor decision-making. Additionally, we maintain an efficient and solid technological ecosystem.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor, Private Markets Solutions Delivery, you'll:
- Support the definition and implementation of solutions with partners to align with our strategic vision
- Research and assess opportunities to meet evolving demands, initiating analysis with partners and contributing to recommendations
- Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with business needs and enterprise vision
- Guide your team in defining and implementing solutions while enhancing team effectiveness
- Develop and implement IT strategies to optimize private markets investments and non-investments processes
- Leverage Snowflake, ETL processes, PowerBI, and relationship and investment-oriented platforms like DealCloud and iLevel to perform comprehensive data analysis and generate insightful financial reports
- Engage with clients and collaborate effectively with both business and technical profiles to understand their data needs
- Participate in the delivery of interfaces to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data thorough analysis and validation
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights and reports
- Identify opportunities for improving data processes and reporting mechanisms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT project management or data analysis within private markets
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- CFA/CAIA designation or progress towards obtaining it is an asset
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems
- Understanding of major functional processes and associated operating requirements
- Ability to assess business opportunities and evaluate new information technologies
- Bilingualism: English and French *(Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
