Job Summary and Qualifications
The Senior Operations Analyst plays a hands-on role in supporting healthcare supply chain optimization efforts at customer sites. This position focuses on implementing operational solutions, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives for the Special Operations team.
The individual will work directly with hospital leadership, supply chain teams, and frontline staff to enhance inventory management, optimize PAR levels, improve workflow efficiencies, and support cost-reduction initiatives.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Senior Operations Analyst plays a hands-on role in supporting healthcare supply chain optimization efforts at customer sites. This position focuses on implementing operational solutions, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives for the Special Operations team.
The individual will work directly with hospital leadership, supply chain teams, and frontline staff to enhance inventory management, optimize PAR levels, improve workflow efficiencies, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
What you will do in this role:
- Serve as a dedicated resource to assist health systems with supply chain operations, including process improvements, standardization, and workflow redesign.
- Lead hands-on execution of supply chain initiatives, such as new product conversions, supply room redesigns, and PAR level adjustments.
- Identify inefficiencies, address contract compliance issues, and support price parity initiatives to drive measurable savings and process improvements.
- Partner with clinical teams, finance, and procurement to ensure alignment between operational goals and supply chain strategies.
- Utilize real-time data to support operational changes, including supply utilization reviews, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting.
- Assist in leading customer engagements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, executive summaries, and other documentation for customers and HealthTrust team.
- Utilizing HealthTrust data query tools and reports, member spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external analytics requests and have regular discussions with requestor to ensure results are completed according to needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement."
What qualifications you will need:
- Accredited College Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, Finance), required
- Previous management experience, preferred
- Supporting and/or managing processes of strategic sourcing, preferred
- 3+ years healthcare experience, required
