Celestar Corporation is seeking a Deputy Project Manager/Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager as needed to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
In addition, conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security
issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Required qualifications/skills:
Minimum of a master's degree
Minimum of 12 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level
At least five (5) years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA
At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations
At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products)
Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all- source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
