Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Senior Scientist in Proteomics, you'll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our preclinical and clinical research within the Mechanism of Action Target Team. Your expertise in mass spectrometry and proteomics will be critical to our mission of harnessing nature to develop transformative therapies.

What You'll Do:
    • Design and conduct proteomics experiments to identify the mechanism of action for preclinical assets
    • Develop and optimize new sample preparation methods for chemical proteomics, target identification and phosphoproteomics, including methods to automate and increase throughput of experiments
    • Operate and maintain state-of-the-art mass spectrometers in a high-throughput environment where data quality is paramount
    • Collaborate with biologists, chemists, data scientists, and engineers to design and execute experiments, and present findings to leadership.


We're Looking For:
    • PhD in Proteomics, Chemical Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an industry setting
    • At least 3 years of experience operating, maintaining and optimizing modern mass spectrometry instrumentation, including timsTOF and/or Orbitrap platforms
    • At least 3 years of experience with nanoflow UPLC chromatography
    • Hands-on experience with proteomics workflows, including sample preparation and data analysis
    • Expertise using DDA and DIA acquisition methods and analysis of proteomic data using commercial and open-source software tools (MaxQuant, Spectronaut, etc...)
    • Proven track record of leading high-value projects independently.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
