Clinic West Director

BASIC FUNCTION: The Director of Grand River Health Clinic West is responsible for the direction of the Clinic West staff. Clinic West offers comprehensive healthcare services, including family medicine, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, mental health support, occupational and physical therapy, women's health, podiatry, cardiology, and pediatric care.

• Develops budgets and assures that the department operates within budgetary goals.
• Develops and executes department projects.
• Collaborates with other managers/directors to formulate and implement hospital district campaigns and projects.
• Assures adequate staff coverage through the development of staffing plans.
• Participates in interviews and hiring of employees, oversees orientation of new staff, and conducts the behavioral section of performance evaluations.
• Attends leadership meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Rural health primary care experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must have obtained a bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in a related field
• If no degree, must have 10 years' experience as practice manager.

SALARY INFORMATION :

• $50.00 - $67.00 Dependent on Experience
• Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience
