Role Description
Magnus Medical's TMS Field Clinical Engineer (TMS FCE) will have primary responsibility for providing training as well as remote and on-site technical support for commercial sites and sites running clinical trials sponsored by or collaborating with Magnus Medical. The TMS FCE will provide training in the delivery of Stanford Accelerated Neuromodulation Therapy (SAINT), a novel rapid-acting non-invasive brain stimulation technique. The TMS FCE will report to the Director of Operations and/or Clinical Affairs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with implementation of best practices at magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) centers to ensure good quality scans are obtained

Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 Annually
The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Magnus' compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Magnus utilizes the full width of the range.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Commercialization and Clinical Affairs teams in the development of training programs for the SAINT Neuromodulation System
- Monitor success of training materials and programs, updating and evolving as needed
- Maintain training and certification records of accounts, ensuring that all treaters are meeting Magnus Medical certification standards
- Support install of devices, including hardware set-up and software updates
- Provide technical expert guidance and on-site training for commercial and clinical trial site staff
- Provide troubleshooting support on-site or remotely for commercial and clinical trial sites
- Collect and provide feedback from sites for process, hardware, and software enhancements
- Test device customer facing software and provide feedback to the software team to assist ongoing internal software development
- Support the operations and clinical affairs team with documentation and ongoing maintenance of documentation as it relates to training and/or device accountability
- Analyze and evaluate product malfunctions and complete complaint reports as required
Assist with implementation of best practices at magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) centers to ensure good quality scans are obtained
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- TMS technician experience is required. Experience with MagVenture equipment preferred
- Experience with neuronavigation equipment, particularly Localite software would be highly desirable
- Previous experience working in clinical trials or human subject research is preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Required)
- Ability to work independently and adhere to company timelines
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Technically oriented critical thinker
- Ability to work in a team oriented but remote environment
- Ability to accept instruction and guidance from Magnus Medical therapeutic area experts
- Adaptability, flexibility, independence, and resourcefulness to "roll up sleeves" and multi-task in order to thrive in a small-company environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as well as perform tasks that involve physical activity such as bending, standing, and moving equipment as needed.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 Annually
