About the Position

The company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who can manage cross-functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be entrusted with managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in strategic planning, subcontractor coordination, cost control, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources effectively
  • Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide timely reporting
  • Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record managing commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Albany, GA
