We are seeking a driven individual to join our Data Centers & Mission Critical team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for driving the project to completion on time, within budget, while providing an exceptional experience for our owners.
Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $185000.00/yr.

Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual to join our Data Centers & Mission Critical team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for driving the project to completion on time, within budget, while providing an exceptional experience for our owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on-time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Handle change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
- Apply LEED certifications where applicable.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- At least 5-7 years of general contracting experience.
- Experience with data centers or mission-critical projects.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, and document administration.
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in mechanical engineering, site development, and electrical work.
- Ability to handle project coordination efficiently.
- Familiarity with industry practices and standards.
