Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual to join our Data Centers & Mission Critical team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for driving the project to completion on time, within budget, while providing an exceptional experience for our owners.
Responsibilities
  • Manage project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on-time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Handle change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
  • Apply LEED certifications where applicable.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  • At least 5-7 years of general contracting experience.
  • Experience with data centers or mission-critical projects.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, and document administration.
  • B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, site development, and electrical work.
  • Ability to handle project coordination efficiently.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and standards.
Work Environment

Work will be conducted both onsite and in the office. The role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization in Southern VA, with competitive benefits, PTO structure, and a car allowance.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $185000.00/yr.
