We're currently hiring a Head of Sales to help build, grow, and lead our sales function from the ground up. This role encompasses leading account management / account development and growing/managing a team over time. This role will report to our Chief Business Officer.

You can expect to:
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and everything in between.
  • Build and lead a high-velocity sales team from the ground up.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and best practices.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and forecast growth.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and enterprise sales opportunities.

We look for:
  • Proven track record B2B selling into health systems, with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in early-stage startups, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing sales teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to orchestrate large-value transactions with C-level customer executives
