The Opportunity:
As a motivated DevSecOps engineer on this growing program comprised of multiple agile development teams, you will enable us to make the most of our CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps tools as our program grows so that we can continue developing mission critical software applications. You will work closely with products' technical leads, system engineers, and software developers to ensure we can develop and ship product efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include:
Integrating development and operations to streamline the software development lifecycle and ensure efficient software delivery.
creating living documentation to provide visuals and descriptions of our pipelines and processes and helpful tools for our developers
Coordinating closely with the development teams and Product Technical Leads to ensure all requirements are met via the pipeline before deploying to Production
Automating processes pipeline processes where possible
Ensuring all software repos are accounted for in our release metrics
Ensuring Releases are accurately recorded in the existing dashboard
Monitoring the applications in production and notifitying the team of any abnomalies
Managing AWS resources
Ensuring security and compliance with our COTS products and databases
Qualifications:
Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
Available to work in-person in an office environment at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO
Education: Bachelor's Degree or related experience
Possess or can obtain Security + certification
3+ years Linux experience
3+ System administration experience
5+ years of DevOps experience:
Scripting and automation tools (e.g., Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, Nexus, NexusIQ, etc.).
Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
Containerization and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding and experience in using automated testing and security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Selenium, Cypress, Fortify, etc.)
Knowledge of software development principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies including kanban and tools like Jira and Confluence
Must have experience in and exhibit sound problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic & energetic performer able to work in a fast-paced & high visibility environment
Self-motivated, capable of performing tasks with minimal oversight and good time management skills
Team player incorporating a team-based success philosophy, working with teammates daily.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
