As a key leader within the Center of Excellence (COE), the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting will drive strategic FP&A processes for the MSNT (MedSurg Neurotechnology) commercial group and related divisions. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping a high-impact finance function, providing essential insights that empower commercial leaders to make informed business decisions. With strong influence across VP and Director-level finance stakeholders, this leader will champion the transformation, standardization, and migration of planning and reporting activities from local teams to the centralized COE. - Lead COE financial planning & reporting for the MSNT commercial group and related divisions
- Drive transformation and standardization of FP&A processes in partnership with VP and Director-level leaders
- Collaborate with divisional finance teams on month-end close, forecasts, and integration of BPC tools
- Establish and maintain standardized, scalable FP&A processes aligned with data governance principles
- Develop a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and advancing business partnering skills
- Continuously improve processes to enhance both efficiency and strategic insight
- Build advanced capabilities in financial planning, including predictive analytics and dashboard reporting
- Set clear goals, track performance, and uphold service level agreements to deliver high-impact results
What you need
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting, or in a closely related finance role
Preferred
- CPA
