In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $152,250 - $203,000

About the Role
As a Senior Director, Client Partner Executive at Conduent, you will lead and expand relationships within the Healthcare industry, managing an account portfolio exceeding $80 million. Your primary focus will be driving new revenue growth, optimizing service delivery, and strengthening client relationships. You will oversee business process outsourcing solutions, healthcare administration, and customer experience strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor in the Healthcare sector.
- Identify and secure cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand Conduent's presence within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with solution architects and operational teams to tailor service offerings that align with client needs and industry trends.
- Manage and optimize account-level P&L, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds growth targets.
- Support and align strategic business priorities with client needs, ensuring Conduent remains a valued partner.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to execute strategic account plans that drive long-term business success.
- Provide insights on Conduent's full suite of BPO services in the healthcare sector, including:
- Claims processing
- Revenue cycle management
- Healthcare administration solutions
- Customer experience and engagement
- HR services and compliance
- Finance, accounting, and procurement solutions
- Drive initiatives that enhance client engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the Healthcare industry.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise-level sales, account management, and client leadership experience within the Healthcare industry.
- Deep expertise in BPO services for healthcare, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills to develop strategic partnerships and expand service portfolios.
- Ability to manage complex account structures, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior executives and key decision-makers.
- A data-driven, results-oriented approach to client growth and retention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, or patient engagement solutions.
- Expertise in implementing AI, automation, and analytics in healthcare BPO services.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and healthcare regulatory compliance.
