About the Role
SkillForce is urgently seeking a strategic Process Piping Manager to lead and grow our piping division. This high-impact role involves driving business operations, managing large-scale projects, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategic Operations: Oversee the piping division, guide department heads, and foster a culture of safety and performance.
• Project Execution & Technical Oversight: Manage projects from preconstruction to turnover, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Client Relations & Business Development: Build strong client relationships, identify new market opportunities, and lead business acquisition efforts.
• Procurement & Financial Management: Lead procurement strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and track financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in process piping, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in ASME standards and industrial applications.
• Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and project management software.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
