Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for executing 1st line of defense assurance reviews to ensure adherence to risk appetite statements and accuracy of information impacting the Bank's financial statements.
Primary Responsibilities
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay
This position is incentive eligible.

$141,760.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.

Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for executing 1st line of defense assurance reviews to ensure adherence to risk appetite statements and accuracy of information impacting the Bank's financial statements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program for the Corporate Banking Group including, but not limited to, regulatory compliance, credit policy adherence, prudent credit risk management, underwriting quality, risk rating accuracy, processes and procedure adherence, and validating corrective actions committed to assurance partners are complete, effective, and sustained
- Directs and oversees the Quality Assurance Program
- Identifies, prioritizes, and manages the Quality Assurance review calendar, rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Leads and directs the works of others
- Develops, implements, and maintains review procedures and processes
- Ensures proper identification of review scope, sample selection, review team composition, data compilation and analysis, written report creation, and communication/interaction with business partners
- Provides continual feedback to the Business Risk Support Executive regarding existing or emerging risks/issues identified
- Maintains familiarity with a variety of coverage and underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Develops and maintains a strong team through associate hiring recommendations, mentoring, training, and developing associates for increased responsibility
- Provides written and verbal feedback on associate performance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of credit analysis experience in relevant disciplines such as commercial/corporate/specialized lending, credit administration, credit review, or regulatory agency
- Management experience
