As the IT Director for Laboratory Chemicals, you will develop and efficiently implement IT strategies to ensure the secure and efficient operation of our enterprise applications, infrastructure, operational technology, and communications systems. As a key member of the Division Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with our overall IT organization to ensure the flawless delivery of IT services. This role holds accountability for Division IT budgets, providing leadership to a team of 4+ IT professionals, influencing delivery from our shared services, and overseeing external vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for current and future technology capabilities.
- Lead a team of 10+ IT professionals, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Coordinate the development of talent strategies and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Division leadership for seamless integration.
- Establish and measure the value of IT investments.
- Ensure robust information security and compliance within the Division.
- Develop a comprehensive digital transformation portfolio.
- Forecast financial needs for IT projects and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience leading IT/Digital teams, including senior-level leadership.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms including ERP, Commercial, Supply Chain and eCommerce
- Shown ability to develop and implement IT strategic plans.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with robust presentation abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
