Base Pay Range:
$35.00-$43.27
As a Team Lead, ADAS AutoTechnician, you will diagnose and complete ADAS calibrations. As Team Lead, you will lead the team members and oversee facility operations and equipment.

As a Team Lead, ADAS AutoTechnician, you will diagnose and complete ADAS calibrations. As Team Lead, you will lead the team members and oversee facility operations and equipment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Prepare and communicate customer quotes which includes a thorough OE repair process review.
- Perform wheel alignments.
- Complete Static ADAS calibrations following Company's defined and documented processes.
- Complete Dynamic ADAS calibrations and verifications following Company's defined and documented processes.
- Proactively communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide status updates in a professional manner.
- Trouble shoot vehicle problems and repair/replace worn or broken components/parts.
- Lead and execute daily operating processes to deliver high quality and efficient customer service.
- Monitor the daily production and performance of the facility.
- Prepare and transmit customer invoices with proper documentation.
Administration
- Assist with reporting on center performance in a timely basis.
- Complete software updates immediately or as required.
- Monitor supply levels and order as required.
Facilities and Equipment
- Calibrate equipment daily per manufacturer requirements.
- Control and maintain company's physical assets (building, equipment, inventory, etc.).
- Administer preventative maintenance and equipment repair needs.
- Develop and implement a daily plan for all jobs.
Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and provide direction for center associates.
- Create a safe work environment by implementing company procedures and practices.
- Provide coaching and training to develop successful team members.
- Collaborate with leadership on employee initiatives to create an environment where team members are involved, empowered, and committed to the success of the Company.
- Manage labor hours and consult with leaders on budgetary and operational impact.
- Assist with scheduling staffing to meet the changing daily business needs.

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of automotive repair experience.
- Minimum of 2 years ADAS calibration experience strongly preferred.
- High school or equivalent.
- Experience leading teams or projects preferred.
- I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications in ADAS, Electrical and Safety Systems preferred.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Strong customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Ability to lead and operate in a team environment.
- Meet the requirements of Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
- Experience setting up and/or managing automotive repair/maintenance facilities desirable.
