PRIMARY PURPOSE
Supports all current and new programs/practice business support needs (adult concierge, executive concierge, direct primary care, inpatient honors and business services). This role is administratively responsible for various enterprise bodies of work such as any analytical needs, program and divisional dashboards, revenue cycle/new revenue streams, project management, driving and executing all business development (net new contracts), strong internal and external partner relationships, growth tactics, implementation and project management of new practices and/or programs, and many others listed below. Will also oversee the inpatient AH Honors program across the enterprise. This position will work within a highly complex organizational structure and require skills and behaviors of: strategy development and execution in part with leader, driving forth the strategic initiatives with the other operational leaders across the enterprise.

Typically requires 5 years of experience in practice operations. The ideal candidate would possess previous senior manager, project manager or director experience with strong strategy and analytic skills in a healthcare organization.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Microsoft office tools, data analytics, accounting/finance, project management, multi-tasking, high degree of initiative judgement, creativity, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Generally exposed to a normal office environment.
Position may require travel; therefore would be exposed to road and weather conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the day-to-day delivery of program enterprise services.
- Drives corporate contracts and business development to meet our enterprise growth goals.
- Supervises, implements, coordinates, plans for and evaluates the business operations for the Division including statistical, performance and managerial reporting, decision and budget support, capital planning and process improvement.
- Assists with enterprise-wide event planning, manages the intern program, and experience tactics.
- Develops and manages systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manages and monitors employees in the areas of time/attendance, workplace safety, education and development, time management, performance evaluation and goal development.
- Oversees all billing operations and statistical data (CRM billing tools).
- Responsible for the development and implementation of AH Honors (inpatient concierge services) across the entire enterprise/ this is also a 24/7 service of direct responsibility.
- Continuously analyzes systems and processes. Develops and implements best practices and appropriate changes to improve outcomes in a timely manner.
- Creates evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
- Initiates and set goals for programs and functional area according to the strategic objectives within the care division and Advocate Health enterprise.
- Assists leader with budget development and planning across the region. Ensures areas of responsibility meet fiscal requirements and monitors expenditures.
- Ensures program and functional area operations and activities adhere to any legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Keeps senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
- Develops appropriate communication and communication methods to facilitate the flow of information and maximize effective communication throughout the program. Communicates services with other departments and vendors as applicable.
- Facilitates and/or conducts individual and group presentations as needed.
- Responsible for all business development functions and new corporate partnerships across the enterprise for concierge care division portfolio and AH Honors.
- Project manages all current and net new programmatic development and analyzes all processes within each to ensure successful sustainment and execution in part with operational leaders.
- Ensures all financial management is intact and has oversight of annual price review per program and services within care division.
- Assists in development of various analytical reports, dashboards and outputs deemed by leader and other senior leaders.
- Ensures we develop and execute new cash based and billing revenue streams to have a favorable bottom-line.
- Demonstrates leadership of depth of knowledge/expertise regarding change readiness, cultural change, and impact of change on organizations.
- Collaborates with marketing to enhance the brand strength of the concierge care division across the enterprise.
- Designs and directs the work of the team(s). Selects, coaches, and develops team(s). Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team. Manages performance by recognizing achievement, providing feedback, and administering progressive discipline when necessary.
- May develop and/or recommend operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
- Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that people actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the organization's business.
