Job Overview:

The Talent Development Programs Manager will be responsible for the full cycle management of career development programs at EllisDon. Duties:
Creating and executing company-wide career development program cycles including annual schedules, communications, data insights and feedback mechanisms
Designing, managing and continuously improving Employee Career Development Programs including performance review, succession planning and employee engagement
Becoming a subject lead for Workday Talent Management Module
Designing a competencies and skills structure that can be applied for 200+ job titles across the company
Working collaboratively with People & Culture leaders to execute programs company-wide including reporting on existing programs, leading program development working groups and collaborating with the Talent Development Training team to identify development trends
Collaborating with the various EllisDon teams to educate, advise and implement feedback on the programs that are designed to help people be the best at what they love doing.
Act as a hiring manager for any new Talent Programs Employees including designing and overseeing onboarding and training.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is required
At least 8 -10 years of experience working in the Talent Development field
You have experience designing, developing and implementing full scale succession planning, performance management and employee engagement programs
You have experience with Workday Talent module, either in implementation or module maintenance and improvements
You are a self-starter, highly motivated and have an entrepreneurial mindset
You can confidently take on a project and see it through to completion without supervision
You are agile with the ability to multitask and quickly shift focus between competing priorities
You are solutions oriented and effective at problem solving
You have experience working with executive level team members
You have experience working within the construction or comparable industry with multiple team structures and various business goals
You have experience working with different countries, cultures and requirements for talent initiatives.
You are passionate about creating programs and initiatives that improve results, performance, efficiencies and are never satisfied with the status quo
You have a strategical HR perspective and thrive on new initiatives that supports the HR vision.
You are a master relationship builder and can create and leverage an internal network in both positive and challenging situations
You are a leader in creating an inclusive environment that allows everyone to succeed as their authentic selves
Ability to work with a talented, passionate and creative group of professionals who are focused on creating a culture of career development and providing an outstanding employee experience
