Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cardiovascular and Imaging Services to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, and quality improvement initiatives within our cardiovascular and imaging departments, which strongly emphasize business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for cardiovascular and imaging services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and expand departmental capabilities.
  • Drive business growth through innovative service offerings, market analysis, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in imaging and cardiovascular care.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand the reach and impact of imaging and cardiovascular services.
  • Collaborates with clinical operations, physician leadership, and nursing leadership to drive improvement in the delivery of cardiology care and overall quality of patient care.


Preferred General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, radiology, cardiovascular technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in imaging and cardiovascular services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging and cardiovascular procedures, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.


Preferred Specific Qualifications:

  • Certification in nursing, radiology, or cardiovascular technology (e.g., ARRT, RCIS, RN).
  • Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, ACR).
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive departmental growth.


Minimum Qualifications

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
  • CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION: Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitate (CPR): BLS or CPR Required.
