The Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) Structurer is responsible for designing and marketing strategies that are systematic and rules-based across asset classes and investment styles. This role involves working at the intersection of quantitative finance, derivatives structuring, and market analytics to create bespoke solutions for clients, often leveraging advanced quantitative models and innovative financial engineering techniques. The position is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with trading desks, sales teams, legal, quant and IT teams.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

As our Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) Structurer you will:
- Research and develop systematic investment strategies across different asset classes
- Analyse market dynamics and quantitative signals to assess the performance of strategies under various market conditions
- Prepare detailed and compelling pitch materials, presentations, and performance summaries tailored to client objectives
- Build or enhance existing tools to automate and streamline the implementation of systematic strategies
- Draft and define the rulebooks governing QIS strategies, detailing the methodologies, data inputs, and rebalancing protocols
- Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize documentation for QIS offerings
- Work with trading desks to ensure smooth execution of QIS strategies
- Keep abreast of market developments, product innovations, and regulatory changes.

Requirements
You'll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Extensive experience with Financial Markets and knowledge of derivatives products across markets
- Strong quantitative and technological skillset, with a preference for advanced academic qualifications in technical/STEM subjects
- Good overview on regulation and accounting, including upcoming changes which impact the industry
- Good understanding of different global client business models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
