Do you have a passion for both Shopper Marketing and e-Commerce? If so, come advance your career as a Manager, Shopper Marketing/e-Commerce where you will play a pivotal role in shaping vision and strategy while overseeing program execution to drive shopper conversion.

This is an Office-Based role that requires the incumbent to be commutable within 95 kilometers of our Mississauga, Ontario office and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are flexible, and you can enjoy half-day Fridays. This job sometimes involves extended work schedules and time commitments and changing priorities along with occasional travel (up to 15%).

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Digital Marketing Leadership & Guidance - Through account-specific digital marketing investment & activation you will determine optimal investment levels for Retailer Media, execution, and post-analyses. Along with leading search strategies and investments with key retailers and coordinating with agencies.
  • Shopper Marketing & Store Activations - Roll up your sleeves as you develop mid/lower-funnel campaigns to drive conversions, partnership programs with other CPG companies and we can't forget.. create assets to be leveraged with Customers and Sales Team (i.e. Flyers, POS, Merchandising, Presentations, etc.), including printing and legal approvals.
  • Long-Term Strategic Thinking - Through your strategic thought leadership, you will shape future strategies by developing omni-shopper trend overviews and testing with Retailer Media partners to influence digital investments and experiences plans.
  • Make it Better - With a, "Make it Better" mindset, you will contribute to a winning commercial-minded culture by optimizing processes with key vendors. Develop and manage creative assets for Customers and Sales Teams. And oversee daily project management and budget tracking.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher), preferably in business/marketing or related field preferred or 3 - 5 years of proven experience in related field required.
  • Demonstrated experience in e-Commerce & Retailer Activations, ideally within CPG industry
  • Experience in Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and/or Sales considered assets
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights and implications
  • Proven project management skills with a strong bias for action and high proficiency for multi-tasking
  • Strong collaboration, communication and influence skills, working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Nielsen/Circana/NPD data for insights and analysis
