The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in silicon quality related development and support product.
- Experience working with industry silicon suppliers and managing silicon suppliers quality.
- Experience with process technology, assembly, and silicon manufacturing test flows.
- Experience with excursions management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in all phases of Silicon development, from architecture to high volume manufacturing ramp.
- Experience driving innovation, including adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve overall product quality.
- Ability to work effectively with other technical leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives in improving quality.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences while being recognized as a thought leader across the organization and industry

Responsibilities
- Manage quality of silicon chips and supplier technical change management as it relates to yield, power/frequency performance, and quality targets. This includes suppliers for wafer technology, assembly and packaging, and wafer/package/system test.
- Manage suppliers quality excursions with no disruption to silicon supply chain. Work closely with engineering to resolve silicon design related failure analysis and RMAs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and NPI platform teams to align on the product quality roadmap and features that need to be built in design to deliver high quality silicon solutions, reducing cycle time and spare needs.
- Be a thought partner to the leaders of the Silicon Technology and GCM organizations and ensure the quality and reliability of silicon solutions.
- Build quality processes throughout the product lifecycle in delivering high quality Silicon solutions.
