AVP, Operations Process Reengineering Lead

Position Overview:

The Operations Transformation & Project Team provides critical operational insights, facilitates cross - functional alignment of goals and execution and helps drive enterprise global strategy forward. The group develops frameworks to integrate digitization and transformation strategies, leveraging innovative process and technology solutions to drive enhancements to risk management, operational efficiency and client service excellence. The team focuses on delivering thought leadership and operational excellence to help advance the global mission.

As the Process Transformation Lead, you will help drive various business analysis and support a sustainable process reengineering campaign facilitating end to end process reviews to enhance operational processes and increase scale and capacity. Working with global cross - functional stakeholders you will develop and continuously perform business analysis to support the planning, rollout and execution of short/long term strategy.

In this role, you will also support the technology roadmap strategy by process mapping and conducting lean analysis to determine the best process and technology functions to optimize / digitize. You will provide support for Operations teams to help drive enhancements to the process in preparation for digital automation including AI/ML, workflow automation and business intelligence. Your experience with various techniques and methodologies to improve process performance including process mapping, SIPOC, and a data driven approach will accelerate execution and achieve the desired ROI.

As a strategic thinker, you will also play a critical role in the execution of the broader operations and technology strategy. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to enable and inspire a high performing team designed to take the organization into the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the identification and implementation of key process reengineering initiatives, including the development of the business case, pipeline prioritization, tracking and reporting progress against objectives
  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end reviews and engaging cross functional teams on process optimization opportunities
  • Ability to synthesize requirements into functional specifications, including outlining objectives, constraints/risks, and benefit analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement initiatives
  • Leverage data analytics and process evaluation methodologies to quantify the impact/benefits of the process changes
  • Integrate reengineering approach and methodology to support the Operations Strategy
  • Perform and promote process reengineering and process improvement mindset using lean techniques

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / University Degree
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Business analyst experience
  • Certified lean practitioner/six sigma belt a plus
  • Proven track record for evaluating processes
  • Experience across multiple domains and processes
  • Strong presentation skills


Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $110,000 - $130,000

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
