The Senior Program Manager for Internal Safety Promotion, Training and Tools will report to the Director of Safety Experience and Promotion and be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 direct reports that are responsible for internal training and education, safety promotion, adoption and engagement with the Safety Experience Center and online tool.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to a team of direct reports responsible for the strategic implementation and daily execution of safety training, education and promotion initiatives.
- Training Development: Lead the development and execution of Safety Management System (SMS) training, collaborating with Boeing Learning, Communications, external vendors, and internal business partners.
- Safety Experience Center Oversight: Manage the Safety Experience Center team, including participation in high-visibility tours, presentations, and events.
- Tool Engagement: Ensure the health, adoption, and engagement with Safety Promotion tools, such as the Safety Experience website and SMS website.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and external teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety promotion programs and oversee their implementation. Create and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of safety promotion programs, reporting results to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in safety promotion.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in either program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
- Experience in leading teams or projects either formally or informally, in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in developing and implementing successful safety programs, along with knowledge of industry best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering effective communication strategies, training programs, and digital media content to enhance stakeholder engagement and support program objectives.
- Proven ability to manage and empower teams in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent program management skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Adept at presenting to leadership and large groups, demonstrating executive presence.
- Experience with Regulatory Administration and Regulators
