About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager with strong senior accounting experience to support our CFO and ARNAP (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable) teams. This on-site role offers visibility and direct support to our finance operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial processes. This person will play a critical role in audits, taxes, and technical accounting tasks and enhancing support across the department.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required)
  • CPA or equivalent accounting qualification (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting and preparation of management accounts (required)
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes (required)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, financial formulas, etc.) (required)
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
  • Must have ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization is required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of:
    • Account reconciliations
    • Journal entries
    • Accrual schedules
  • Variance analysis and commentary for internal financial statements
  • Prepare and present timely, detailed reports on balance sheet and income statement fluctuations; analyze against forecast, prior year, and budget
  • Manage tax-related processes including:
    • Airport sales tax
    • Tax returns
    • Compliance and filing deadlines
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit-ready
  • Identify errors, discrepancies, or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain, enforce, and update internal accounting policies and controls
  • Provide technical accounting oversight and serve as a knowledge resource for AR/AP teams
  • Conduct forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis with minimal oversight
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial data to the CFO and executive team
  • Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to support decision-making
  • Ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as assigned
