Job Description
We are seeking an Account Director / Senior Marketing Program Manager to work with a well-known telecommunications company.
You bring both a business perspective and an understanding of the marketplace and not just theory and numbers. You are a sought-after resource for advice and counsel that can be trusted based on thoughtful and thorough analysis. You are a highly effective communicator and listen with both eyes and ears. You value diverse perspectives and seek out different points of view when trying to solve complex problems and are not afraid to speak their mind. You are comfortable working in an ambiguous working environment and be proactive to support their peers and leaders. You act with a sense of urgency and deliver on-time, on-budget results. You can lead meetings with senior staff, track action items, and push deliverables to completion.
This role will be hybrid and will be required to go to the client office in Basking Ridge, NJ at least once a week.
Responsibilities
Supporting and delivering strategic recommendations, executive updates (results, new initiatives) through strong story telling (expert in power point)
Building positive relationships during projects, assess the needs of the organization, identify requirements and develop cohesive projects plans
Working closely with team members and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, identify risk mitigation strategies, and drive successful launches.
Point of contact for a portfolio of 10 vendors, including management, scheduling and evaluation
Building an operational process to manage all aspects of comms management, and Roadmap development.
Partnering with the marketing comms team to support KPI deliverables and schedules.
Organizing and managing strategic meetings and business reviews to maximize tangible outcomes.
Managing roadmap development & alignment across key initiatives
Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to assist in facilitating effective decision making.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or six or more years of experience.
10+ years of relevant work experience.
Managed large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills including creating content and associated backup materials.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent presentation ability.
Experience working alongside senior leaders.
Ability to motivate and influence teams to deliver outcomes and results.

Compensation Range: $119,510 - $188,025/yearly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
