The Finance Manager for Community Markets and Consumer Banking at Associated Bank is responsible for managing all financial aspects of these business lines, including commercial, private & consumer banking. This role requires a hands-on approach to financial operations and directly supports Line of Business Management in making strategic financial decisions. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to develop and deliver key financial reporting and insights, including but not limited to:
The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with other support functions to provide financial intelligence and ensure well-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial research and analysis to support business strategies
Manage financial processes and tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Develop and present financial reports and insights to senior leaders
Lead and support financial aspects of key projects
Supervise and lead financial analyst
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting or Finance (Required)
Experience
5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Cost Accounting (Required)
5+ years of experience in the banking industry, with a background in financial analysis, enterprise reporting, cost accounting, or general accounting. (Preferred)

$75,460.00 - $129,360.00 per year
