Summary of Role:
Responsible for working with stakeholders to build business case models to analyze R&D programs and capacity expansion projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with stakeholders to build business case models to analyze R&D programs and capacity expansion projects. Drive multiple business units to ensure commercial potential of new technologies enable Long Range Planning, Margin & Revenue that align to the company's growth and profitability. Support investment analysis on overall Capital and R&D portfolio for current year and Long-Range Planning. Orchestrate the generation of executive reports for key committees. Conduct due diligence on complex new technology models and ensure compliance and auditable structure is in place while analyzing information from different data sources and building robust process to support business decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally to define business transformations and drive business-planning activities, including strategy and objectives, annual budget development, and corporate performance measures with focus on Research and Development portfolio aligned to business goals. Responsible for Portfolio Management and Approvals meeting to bring new projects to the team and ensure all stakeholders including top level executives are well advised and approve of any future operating or capital expense investments. Monitoring the overall case work and ensuring stakeholders are aligned and creating a cohesive case to support the investment initiative. Responsible for ensuring integration into Anaplan and maintaining this system as investment team data base and reporting system.

Expected Salary Range
Salary range: $122,400-$147,800/year

Required Qualifications:
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, or a foreign equivalent.
- Experience - 2 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any Finance/Business/Product Management related job titles. Applicants must possess 2 years of experience in the following: (1) Project Management including Managing End Market, Sales, Product Management; (2) portfolio analysis; (3) finance/investment modeling including Modeling New Technology development investments; (4) Analyzing, planning, documenting, and measuring manufacturing and distribution/supply chain processes; (5) Analyzing data collected on technology models to ensure compliance and auditable structures for business decisions; (6) Reviewing and maintaining cost modeling tools; and (7) Performing Long Range Planning and Margin & Revenue analysis to increase growth and profitability; (8) End to End Process Optimization, 6 Sigma process or Manufacturing, Audit conformance, KPI experience at an enterprise level; and (9) Design to Cost Experience, Manufacturing Strategy Inputs/Outputs & Product Life Cycle Management for Manufacturing.
