The Role

We are seeking a mid-level Sr. Analyst, Functional Oracle Fusion with experience in General Ledger (GL) configuration, functional administration and GL end user functions. This role combines hands-on ledger setup with day-to-day system admin responsibilities, including user access management, journal bookings, configuration maintenance, and support for finance operations.

What You'll Do:
Configure and maintain ledgers in Oracle Fusion Cloud (primary, secondary, and reporting currency ledgers).
Set up and manage financial structures including chart of accounts, legal entities, business units, and calendars.
Perform functional admin tasks such as user role provisioning, data access set configuration, and journal workflow assignments.
Monitor scheduled processes, coordinate issue resolution with IT and Oracle support.
Support quarterly patch testing, regression testing, and validation of system changes.
Manage security configurations, including role-based access and segregation of duties for finance users.
Provide first-line functional support for finance teams on Oracle Cloud Financials (primarily GL).
Assist in system updates, journal bookings and postings, data loads using ADFDI, and routine maintenance activities.
Document functional setups, administrative procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Support month-end close activities and ensure financial system readiness

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials, with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Hands-on experience in ledger configuration and financial structures setup.
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security concepts (roles, data access, job functions)
Exposure to subledgers (AP, AR, FA) .
Familiarity with tools like FSM (Functional Setup Manager) and Scheduled Processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support day-to-day functional operations
Good communication and documentation skills; able to work cross-functionally with finance and IT.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with OTBI or FRS reporting tools, and the ability to extract data.

In NYC, the salary range for this position is $125,000 to $168,750, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
