The ideal candidate for Otolaryngology (ENT) is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ENT specialist with proven leadership experience and a passion for advancing patient care, education, and clinical excellence. This individual will join a well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. A commitment to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture is essential.
- High-volume, well-established practice
- Sub-specialty program support for adult patients (Head & Neck, Rhinology, and Otology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients
- Free-standing and modern clinic facilities
- Remodeled Intensive Care and Emergency Department at the associated hospital, as well as updated ORs with robotic access
- Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations)
