Rate of Pay: $92,400 - $97,020 per year
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws
Responsibilities
Duties: Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and website tracking objectives. Build a comprehensive tracking matrix to ensure the website action data is organized and understandable. Work on measurement plans to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Leverage website analytics tools to continuously monitor website performance and visitor behaviors. Visualize relevant data points to inform the trends and changes in web performance. Build and lead periodic client-facing reports to communicate the website performance and marketing effectiveness. Manage the reporting process, including organizing internal check-ins to prepare the team for client presentations. Provide recommendations for optimizing website performance and marketing strategies based on data insights. Streamline and automate the data ETL process for efficiency and data accuracy. Serve as a consultant for the internal team and clients, addressing ad-hoc data-related questions or issues.
Qualifications
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or one year of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position also requires one year of experience in each of the following:
1. Assist in the gathering and analysis of client requirements for Analytics and BI deliverables with Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and Web Analytics.
2. Implement tags in Google Tag Manager and monitor website tracking to ensure functionality and accuracy.
3. Develop interactive data visualizations that integrate data with a primary focus on B2B behavioral customer data.
4. Develop high-quality BI deliverables utilizing BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
5. Deliver customer analyses and insights including customer segmentation, media mix, retention analysis and ROI modeling.
6. Utilize Google Big Query to provide centralized management of data and compute resources.
