About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Battery Service Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing all aspects of battery service operations, including repair, maintenance, and warranty services. The Battery Service Manager will ensure operational excellence in handling service requests, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of battery services from initiation (S3S5) to completion (S1S2).
  • Coordinate smoothly the processes of repair, maintenance, returns, and warranty services.
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflow execution.
  • Track and monitor service orders to minimize turnaround time
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing service inquiries and managing escalations.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve service-related complaints and order discrepancies.
  • Coordinate procurement of spare parts, manage return processing, and handle warranty claims with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate HQ, regional partners, and service providers.
  • Ensure all service activities adhere to company quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
  • Implement inspection and testing protocols to guarantee the quality of serviced products before their release.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring service failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to use computers to track inventory, track storage records, and create labels (MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • 5+ years of experience in battery service operations or a related technical field.
  • Work experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Korean/English bilingual preferred


Preferred Education/Experiences
  • High School / GED
  • Understanding of inventory systems


The base pay range for this role is between $70,000 - $100,000/ annually, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
